Office Essentials, we want you to feel confident and satisfied with every purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, please contact us at Info@cottoncandyvending.net within 15 days of receiving it to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, undamaged, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and instructions included. Items showing signs of use, damage, modification, or missing parts may not be accepted.

Personalized products, hygiene-related items, gift cards, clearance products, and items marked as final sale cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the wrong, damaged, or defective product was delivered. Original delivery charges are non-refundable.

After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
